No experience needed! We are an informal group of knitters of varying skill levels who encourage and support each other as we learn the exquisite patterns in Hitomi Shida's Japanese knitting bibles. We meet the first Saturday of each month. Everyone is welcome!

September Evening Meeting​

​

We are pleased to announce that Sunflowers Knitters Association has a permanent location for the evening meetings!

Beginning for the September 16 evening meeting, we will return to the First Baptist Church of Overland Park, 8200 W 96th St, Overland Park, KS 66212.

This is the same church the Association met at a year or so ago. In exchange for the use of the meeting room, the church requests that we provide food donations that will be given to a local food pantry.

Please add some food donations to your knitting project bag so that we can support the church and local food pantry with our contributions.

As usual, the doors will be open about 6:00pm and our meeting will begin at 6:30pm. We are looking forward to seeing everyone at our new meeting location.
